In 2005, a group of experienced apartment industry executives joined forces to create RentDebt, Inc. (RDI), a collection agency specifically geared to the multifamily industry with a strong focus on exceptional customer-service knowledge and expertise in the multifamily arena. Within two short years, RDI had gained such momentum within the industry that the leadership team realized they could further capitalize on the company’s success by strengthening its collection experience.

(RDI), a collection agency specifically geared to the multifamily industry with a strong focus on exceptional customer-service knowledge and expertise in the multifamily arena. Within two short years, RDI had gained such momentum within the industry that the leadership team realized they could further capitalize on the company’s success by strengthening its collection experience.

So in 2007, RDI approached Automated Collection Services, Inc. (ACSI), a company with a proven record of dedicated collection experience since 1988, including a solid background in multifamily, to explore the possibility of combining the two companies’ strengths. RDAC was formed that same year, offering an exclusive multifamily company specializing in providing collection services for a variety of property management companies across the country.
RDAC was built on a strong foundation of first-hand property management experience and multifamily collections expertise, so we understand the top priority of on-site property associates is managing the properties, not processing collection accounts. RDAC offers comprehensive debt collection solutions that effectively remove that burden from property management teams, allowing them more time to do what they do best.

Located in Nashville, Tennessee, and licensed nationally, RDAC operates from its corporate headquarters adjacent to the Opryland Hotel. This 25,500-square-foot, custom build-out call center and collection facility provides the expansion capacity necessary to keep pace with RDAC’s projected growth and is located near a large labor pool of qualified U.S. workers and is ergonomically practical, ecological- and employee-friendly. A large percent of RDAC’s collection staff is bi-lingual Spanish speaking and RDAC has utilized external translation services for other languages should they be required.
